Get to Know Us:
We are a United Methodist Church founded in 1815. For over 200 years we have had a passion for serving our community. Our hope is to build a community based on love. We believe all people are loved by God, and that we are to embody this love to all folks.
Our world is a divided place, but we hope to be a different kind of place within this divided world. We hope to be a place of common ground; where folks can come together and experience the love of God. At FUMC on Common Ground we celebrate our diversity and mutual love for God and neighbor.
Here, at First United Methodist Church on Common Ground, you are invited to explore our 94 acres of land. Take time to walk our trails, participate in our community activities, meet God through our worship services, and experience the love of God through blessed community.
