Youth and Children's Ministries

All adult volunteers must go through safe sanctuaries training in order to work with youth and children. The Safe Sanctuaries material can be found at the below link.

Safe Sanctuaries is a policy of the United Methodist Church to insure the safety and well-being of young people.

Our Children's program is called Sprouts and Seeds. The Seeds are children 4 and under, while the Sprouts are for children who have entered Elementary School. Both Seeds and Sprouts meets at 4:00. 

 

Its primary mission is to guide the children of our community to have a deeper faith in Jesus Christ.

 

The Sprouts and Seeds are led by adult volunteers. At Sprouts and Seeds your children will meet God through crafts, games, story, and snack. Our Children's program also takes field trips through out the year to various places. We invite you and your children to meet God through our Children's program called Sprouts and Seeds.

Our Youth Group is led by Mr. James Griffith and Mr. Chris Smith. The Youth program is called The Vine. At The Vine ,teenagers are invited to deepen their faith through asking questions, participating in service, and creating lifelong friendships. Our Youth Group meets every Sunday at 4:00-5:30.

The Vine's focus this year is joy through service. They have committed themselves to show the love of God through hard work and care.

Our Youth go on Summer Mission trips, participate in lock-ins, and go on retreats.

 

We invite your youth to come and experience the love of God with us.
